How long does the setup take?
The AI Agent Team Setup typically takes 2–3 weeks: one week for discovery and design, one week for build, and two weeks of tuning. Complex setups take longer — we'll scope accurately before we start.
Is there a minimum commitment for the retainer?
3 months minimum. AI agent systems need consistent tuning in the early months — a one-month engagement doesn't give us enough time to optimize meaningfully.
Do I need technical staff to work with you?
No. We handle the technical setup end to end. You need a clear picture of what you want automated and someone internally who can give us feedback on outputs.
