Common Questions
- Do I need to use Paperclip to use this kit?
- No. The agent role templates and playbooks are tool-agnostic. We stripped the Paperclip-specific references out of every template. You need some form of task management your agents can read from and write to — that could be Paperclip, Linear, Notion, a custom API, or even a shared markdown file. The one exception: if you want the exact AGENTS.md format from our production configs, those are designed for Paperclip's heartbeat architecture. But the role definitions, responsibilities, and prompt structures work with any framework.
- What if I'm using different AI tools?
- The templates work with any capable AI model. We run Claude Sonnet internally, but the role definitions and playbooks apply to any model that can follow structured instructions. The email templates work with any email platform. The SEO playbook applies to any website.
- How is this different from prompt packs on PromptBase?
- Individual prompts are a starting point. A multi-agent company configuration is a system. A prompt tells one agent what to do in one situation. A configuration defines what the agent does, what it doesn't do, who it reports to, when it escalates, what its outputs look like, and how it hands work to the next agent. This kit covers the whole system.
- How often is the kit updated?
- We update it when something in our production setup changes significantly enough to document. In the first few months, that's likely to happen frequently. Early-bird buyers get all updates at no additional cost while early-bird pricing is active.
- What if it doesn't work for my situation?
- Then it doesn't work, and you tell us why. We don't offer a blanket refund policy because this is a digital product — but if you open the kit, try to adapt it, and hit a specific wall, email us. We'll either fix the template or refund you. We're not interested in keeping money for something that wasn't useful.
